The fact that there isn't a pointer to the additional v6ops
home page on our charter page is an omission (I think it was
lost during a charter update).  Thanks for catching it.

The reason that we have two pages is that the IETF only
maintains charter pages for WGs.  Any additional information
needs to be on a separately maintained page.
