Hi, v6ops folks,

We've updated the draft on Application Aspects of IPv6 Transition.

I think there is a lot of support for proceeding with the IP
version-independent application development guidelines in the draft.

In order to acheive this, section "Application porting considerations"
and
"Developing IP version-independent applications" are newly added.

As well, Eva was joined in author team.
