v6ops WG list administrativia: removal of bouncing users

Hi,

(writing as WG co-chair)

Just for information, I've been managing the v6ops WG list since 
November.

If there seem to be persistent bounces that end up at the list manager
(e.g., removed user accounts etc.), I'll unsubscribe those accounts
after some time.  Over 1.5 months, this has been done to maybe a dozen
"dead" subscribers.

If the user being bounced is an active contributor, I'll try to find 
other ways to resolve the situation (the previous ones have all been 
those who have never sent a message to the list).

Just to let you (and the WG archives :) know what's going on.
