Interaction between IPv6 and middle boxes

Hi,
I am looking for an IETF document(s) which explains an interaction between 
IPv6 and middle boxes, such as:

1. Interaction between IPv6 and OPES (Open Pluggable Edge Services, i.e. Web 
caching, virus scanning, request filtering and Content Adaptation)
2. Interaction between IPv6 and Intrusion Detection Systems

Would you please point to the appropriate document(s).
