Silly question. What is the difference between one ULA of /44 and 16
ULAs of /48 that are aggregatable to a /44? Never mind that RFC 4193
wants you to do something different (section 3.2.1, first sentence) -
within your own domain, just exactly what stops you from "randomly"
generating the equivalent of a /44?
