Probably not possible - A lot of people are filtering on the RIR's
allocation size. If this company is assigned a /32, there's an
expectation (correct or not) that it's the only thing going to be
announced.
I assume that money talks loud enough that this will be possible,
until there is a better technical solution, for which we have the
RAM list.
