We have posted a new draft that described a possible Lightweight DHCPv6
Relay Agent (LDRA) for non-routing nodes.

Abstract:
This document proposes a lightweight DHCPv6 relay agent that can be
implemented in existing access nodes (such as DSLAMs and Ethernet
switches) that do not support IPv6 control or routing functions.

This is equivalent to the L2 DHCP RA (draft-joshi-dhc-l2ra-00) but for
DHCPv6. Like the L2 DHCP RA, the LDRA may be used to insert relay-agent
options into DHCPv6 messages (such as Interface-ID).
