So far, I have seen 2 (.5) solution approaches:
- NAT66
- IPv6 PI plus "have provider announce and route it" (or do BGP)
[- Map-and-Encaps schemes like LISP]

This was not meant as a data point in the same problem space - this is
the differenciation between "smaller enterprises do not necessarily need
to go the IPv6 PI / RIR space / BGP route" and "larger enterprises will
very likely do this anyway".
Larger enterprises (just picking a random example: "cisco", "microsoft")
typically want multiple upstream providers and full control over their
routing. Which today seems to mean BGP.
Actually this is a different problem space:
- multihoming to different providers with full control over routing,
and no renumbering on adding/removing providers
