Hi, Seiichi, thanks for your reply. I understand your concern. Yes, ICMP fliter is a problem. We will take this in count later.

Fully agreed. Actually, I am very much concern about this. Many ISPs seem have accepted the concept of dual-stack network with really understanding the complication and costs of it. I guess we need to do something to expose this. Otherwise, the whole industry may be misleaded.
