It's not a question of detail, it's a question of having the guts to

lay down the law to the ISPs and the

vendors in order to save the users from a crappy experience.


Then write up a draft on how to do it in complete detail, and we can
discuss it on this mailer.
Actually, no. Protocols, and therefore the protocols used for the sub- delegation of prefixes throughout a SOHO/SMB, are the province of 6man.
