You can write your own wl-draft-send-mail-with-xyz function and
customize wl-draft-send-mail-function. See, for example,
wl-draft-send-mail-with-qmail. Or, may be, it is even possible just to
redefine vars wl-qmail-inject-program and wl-qmail-inject-args.
