Attachment Question

Good evening, gentle Wanderlusters,

I have installed Wanderlust and have been using it with great
satisfaction for over a week.  I've done much of the setup given in
the recent examples on Planet Emacsen and read through the info file.

However, I have one persistent problem.  When I try to send an
attachment, rather than attaching properly, the message has the file
included in the text, as shown in this message.  I am attaching it
with C-c Tab

Is there some obvious bit of configuration I'm missing?
