I don't know what you have checked out, but it's not semi-1.14.6 :-)
The diff from semi_1_14_6 and semi_1_14_7 is 3555 lines. So many
things are missing.
The last Changelog entries:
semi-1_14_6 2003-12-24.
semi-1_14_7 2000-10-19
I don't think this is correct.
