cid

macosx mail.app seems to do jpg attachments as cid thingies.

    [1  <multipart/alternative (7bit)>]
    [1.1  <text/plain; us-ascii (quoted-printable)>]
    blah blah

    [cid:3F8A1DE1-A12D-4D8D-8F14-9913568BC1CD]

any way to render them reasonably and make them savable to disk?
