The format of Generalized Mobile IP Authentication Extension of this draft defines

• Length = 2 bytes
• SPI = 4 bytes

This information already exists as a part of Generalized Mobile IP Authentication Extension format defined in section 5. Hence, there are no modifications proposed for this issue in RFC3012bis draft.
