One last word about sailing...things will go crazy from time to time. You will be crossing the borders between sims much more often than you usually do, and the hand-off between region servers involved can be unpredictable. Expect to occasionally dive underwater or go soaring into the air. This is normal, and doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong.
