Collegial Review on New IAB Document

IAB has just published a short document on the past, present, and future of the
end to end principle, which might be of interest to the IESG. The document is
draft-iab-e2e-futures-00.txt, and should be showing up in the Internet Drafts
directory shortly. If anyone has a long plane trip coming up and nothing to do,
send email and I will send you a copy. We are especially interested in getting
IESG input.
