I will try to do that.  In fact, when I speak OFFICIALLY as the
RFC Editor, I always try to be explicit about that; so your
default assumption should be, "Braden mouthing off again for himself".

But as a designated IANA expert, I am not on the IESG mailing list.
(In fact, I am not on the list in any capacity.)
