I have requested that this be placed on the Agenda for next week's
telechat. We discussed this document once before and were not thrilled
with its legal sounding nature. However I don't believe we will get less
legalistic document at this point. This document updates an existing
Proposed Standard Document. It is an improvement over its predecessor.
Therefor I believe the community is best served by its publication.
