he's been VPIM co-chair. Ned & Patrik should have opinions.

I like Glenn and have had no trouble working with him. He's had some strange
ideas occasionally, but so have we all... Given how knowledgable he is about a
range of stuff I'd like to see him get more involved in a broader range of IETF
activities; co-chairing this would be a step in the right direction IMO.
