If you have a quiet moment please reply to the following. I
got your name from your recent post.
I have been lurking on the ietf list in preparation to submit
an Internet Draft with the working title "Universal Standard
for Duty of Care of Internet Resources", focussed on the spam
issue, which I have been studying for a number of years.
I understand an I-D is to be vetted or reviewed by a working
group prior to publication for comment. How do I find out
which group it is, and where is the hopper? I am fairly
savvy about the issues, and my proposal does not repeat
previous failures. However I know nil about the IETF process
and so will welcome any illumination you can offer.
