participants simply need to dial the toll free number (below) to join
the telechat at 11:30 AM ET.  The operator will still call all non-U.S.
participants and connect you to the call as usual.  If you have any
questions or concerns please let me know.  The Secretariat will call all
U.S. participants a few minutes before the call as a reminder to dial in
(except Bill and Thomas, who mentioned they didn't need to be called).

If participants outside the U.S. drop off, just dial your international
toll-free number (see attachment).  You will be prompted for your passcode
and added to the call.
