Hi Melinda,

Could you please specify the name of the group and try to fill out the form
at http://www.ietf.org/meetings/req_meet.html if it is a working group OR
if it is a BOF, read ftp://ftp.ietf.org/ietf/1bof-procedures.txt and anyway 
fill the first form out too.
