WIthout the double quotes... you get indeed all sorts of listings
that have not much to do with IETF. That is google as far as I know.

If we PAY them, we may end up higher on the hit list.
I got 179 hits, most of which were web archives of IETF mailing lists.
the most interesting ones (to me) were the 3GPP2 and IEEE stuff pointing at the tracker.
