Updated telechat agenda and package

FYI: I'm working from home again today due to the inclement weather here, 
and am still trying to get access to email, directories, etc. I need to 
prepare the updated telechat agenda and package.  I expect to be able to do 
this later today but will probably not send the updated package out 
according to the normal timeline.  I wanted to give you a heads up that it's 
likely to be late, and there's a chance it may not go out today at all - 
although it probably will. I'm reachable at this address
