Description of Working Group:
The Authentication, Authorization and Accounting Working Group
previously developed the Diameter Base protocol in order to meet
network access requirements gathered from NASREQ, MOBILEIP, and
ROAMOPS Working Groups as well as TIA 45.6.

This incarnation of the AAA Working Group will focus on development of
applications based on the Diameter protocol.

The immediate goals of the AAA working group are to address the following
applications:

- Network Access via the NAS, MIPv4 and EAP applications.
- CMS Security and Key Wrap specifications.
- Credit control.
- SIP multimedia.

MAR 03    Submission of DIameter NASREQ as a Proposed Standard RFC
JUN 03    Submission of Diameter EAP as a Proposed Standard RFC
AUG 03    Submission of Diameter Key Wrap as a Proposed Standard RFC
OCT 03    Submission of Diameter Credit Control as a Proposed Standard RFC
DEC 03    Submission of Diameter multi-media as a Proposed Standard RFC
DEC 03    Submission of Diameter CMS as a Proposed Standard RFC
