RIPE Region Hostcount for January 2003

Dear All,
below is the hostcount for January 2003.
The table shows an increase since last month of over 190,000 (or 1,0%)
to a total of almost 18,830,000 hosts in the DNS in Europe and
surrounding areas.
The uk domain shows the highest increase for January with approximately
70,700 hosts more than in December.

- Brief Notes on this Hostcount -
The October, 2002 data for dk and no had to be reused due to a corrupted
count for this month. The same goes for the December, 2002 data being
reused for mk.
