Unfortunately every time I try to start a discussion, it ends up being 
a discussion between some well-known-individuals whether NAT is bad or 
really bad. Or, the discussion about whether IPv6 should be used at all 
(whatever is not allowed on some IPv6 mailing list) creeps into this 
discussion.

Then I jump in and say I need something _now_, and just some strawman 
proposal for a document would be enough, and the discussion dies.
