the latest version (updated from the draft) is

I have had some good comments on this - if I update it before the meeting, 
I'll tell you. But don't expect the substance to change.

note also the procedures draft - draft-iesg-procedures-00.txt - this 
contains the stuff that I think we should tell the community about, but 
that the IESG needs to be able to change without too much consultation.
