A couple of people have pointed out that this is an unfilitered list
of documents, i.e. all documents in datatracker, including published
RFCs, etc. I forgot to add my filter that's in the other script,
which is
@ignorestates = ('RFC Ed Queue', 'RFC Published', 'Dead');
(although 'AD is watching' is probably one to ignore too).
