Hi Murtaza,
I am not sure what this sentence means in the Acknowledgment section of the
draft-08:

"This document removes vendor specific functions and attributes so that
it interoperates with other implementations."

I see that 0+ vendor specific attribute(s) allowed in the DM and CoF. Please
note that 3GPP2 may use some (3GPP2) vendor specific attributes in these messages.
