Multi-channel delivery

I am busy on a project where we are looking at a Multi-channel strategy
within the financial domain. I was wondering if you maybe can assist with
the following questions.

1. Have you got any information / articles on this subject that I can use as
research material for my deliverables.
2. What is IESG's view on this topic for the future?
