Last night I'm told the IESG tried to use Jabber on stage to
communicate who would handle a question.  But from the audience, it
looked to me like they were trying to hide behind a wall of laptops.
Someone sitting near me commented that it looked like they were more
interested in their email than in the people in the room.

I suggest we don't try to do the same.
