Proposal for rearranging the agenda

Driven by my inability to stay more than 30-45 mins into the telechat 
today....

I propose that we roughly reverse the agenda, and take it in the following 
order:

1) Administrativia

2) Management items (I think they are all short ones)

3) WG actions (should be uncontroversial, too)

4) Back to our regularly scheduled programme

OK?
