mobileip-ipsec draft heads-up

As a heads-up, several security people have expressed serious concerns 
about the mobileip-ipsec draft, including Steve Kent and Bernard Aboba. 
Russ and I will be doing our own read-throughs, but based on the 
comments we've received thus far (Steve and Bernard are both members of 
the Security Directorate) it's virtually certain that we'll have 
DISCUSSes. 

I hope this isn't one of the drafts that 3gpp wants.
