I think the mega question is: 

   are all IETF related functions (e.g. IESG, IAB meetings,
   IESG/IAB breakfasts, welcome reception, breakout rooms
   registration, etc etc) all at the conference center.

   So there are no special things going on in the Crown Plaza?
   
   Where would BAR-bofs most probably be held?
