It came up on the ASRG list a few days ago. Nobody has weighed in with any
sort of substantive information yet. Phil Hallam-Baker did say he likes it...

There's lots of coverage of this in a variety of places (marketers knowing
how to market is hardly surprising), but l've yet to see any details
as to how it is supposed to work. My guess is that the idea is to
put some sort of token in messages that can be certified out of band.
But that's just a guess.
