Whatever it is that Vaudreuil uses to edit Internet Drafts has
very weird dash behavior.  It seriously mangled the ABNF in some
previous RFCs that Vaudreuil edited as new drafts; it looks like
similar mangling happened here (in the ABNF and elsewhere).
