I'm requesting registration of 2 new IKE Notify payloads.  They are:

R-U-THERE
R-U-THERE-ACK

Registry :
ISAKMP Registry

Description :
These notify payloads are used in the Dead Peer Detection (DPD) protocol.
Currently, the internet draft defines numbers from the private range.  The
draft is currently moving towards informational RFC, and as such, it needs
IANA-assigned numbers.
