I think this happens automagically to clear the DEFERs
(Thomas and  Allison had one).

Authors are working on trying to address the DISCUSS comments.
I told them not to send a new one yet, since the DEFERs might
raise more concerns.

Sorry, maybe I should have posted this to the list earlier
so that you did not go try to see if your comments were addressed.
