Based on a quick read of the patent, it sounds like what they've
patented is the combination of:

1) DNS search paths,
2) An HTTP/HTML interface to a DNS search mechanism, and
3) Doing multiple DNS queries in parallel rather than in series.

Sucks for other people in the registrar business, not clear that
anybody else cares except as a matter of principal.
