	The current version for the core draft is -09, available
at:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-provreg-epp-09.txt
	It has references for the others, which have similarly
been updated.  In general, you may want to check first with the
ID tracker at:


https://datatracker.ietf.org/public/pidtracker.cgi

	A search there on draft name or substring will return
both the current version and its current state in the process.
