If you visit the printmib-finishing document, for example, in the
public datatracker, we see:

IESG Discussion: Available

and following that link gets us

https://www.ietf.org/IESG/EVALUATIONS/draft-ietf-printmib-finishing.bal

and, of course, the ballot includes the email message that would be
sent upon approval after the ^L.
