Just for the record, there is one known typo in this document, as
noted in the attachment.  An RFC Editor comment in the approval note
would probably be the appropriate way to deal with this, assuming
that there are no last call comments requiring a document revision.

Although the announcement hasn't yet been sent,

is now available in the repository.  It matches the version posted to
this list on 15 April 2003.  As previously noted, that version fixed
all outstanding comments except the following one:
