Successful WG Chairs

Hi All,

I'm trying to put together a panel for ongoing WG
chairs training in Vienna on the subject of
managing WG mailing lists...

For this purpose, I'd like to put together a panel
of 3 or 4 experienced WG chairs who have done a good
job of managing WG mailing lists.

Any suggestions?

If this goes well, we may put together similar
panels on other subjects in the future.  In your
opinions, who have been the most successful WG
chairs in the IETF?  And what attributes have
made them successful?
