speaking of things stalled in the ietf, it is the one year
anniversary of the iesg asking if the ipv6 wg considers
publication of draft-savola-ipv6-127-prefixlen-04.txt as an
end-run.

it seems to me that this documents existing operational practice
and gives good advice.  it does not modify the v6 addressing
model, though it does acknowledge that it is being used in a
degenerate manner in a very limited circumstance.

i would like to move this along.  could we please close this?
