Since we were talking about (mis)use of the term "standard".....



seems that even though the tracker says Ned sent this doc back to the WG in October and February (I think), it's still being touted as a standard - enough that Rik is charging people for testing conformance to it....

they do call it a "draft" standard of the IETF.....
