To IESG & IAB: Recommendations for new NOMCOM chairs?

Hello,

the IESG & IAB chairs are searching for advice with regard to the 2003-2004 
Nomcom Chair, who has to be selected soon.

On the theory that people shouldn't chair what they haven't tried, we've 
put together a list of the people who have been on the nomcom and are still 
active in the IETF (to the best of our knowledge), and who aren't 
ineligible for other reasons.
