Thursday Agenda: another missing item

I clearly recall clicking the agenda button on 
draft-ietf-nsis-req-08.txt.  This is a different document than
draft-ietf-nsis-qos-requirements-01.txt, a returning doc on
the agenda.

draft-ietf-nsis-req-08.txt is a New WG Document (Informational)
which I very much wish to have on this agenda. I think a tracker
or human error occurred, and I wish to add this draft to the
reading for Thursday.
