We are of the opinion that this might be a good addition to the BCP series. 
Are you willing to advance it to that status? Could we lean on you to so 
shepherd it?

This would mean ensuring that you like it (a good first step always), going 
through a four week last call (which we would suggest be posted to nanog as 
well as to ietf-announce), and then the usual IESG review.
